Newly built and finished in warm knotty pine, floor-to-ceiling glass, and hand-stacked stone, The Lookout sits high in the Cohuttas just outside Ellijay — a five-bedroom escape built for slow mornings by the fire and long evenings on the deck watching the ridgeline fade to blue.

The heart of the cabin rises two stories to a soaring wall of black-framed glass, framing the ridgeline from every seat. Hand-stacked stone climbs to the ceiling around a wood-burning fireplace, with wide-plank floors and deep, sink-in seating.
Marble-topped island seating, custom cabinetry, and full-size appliances under a beamed pine ceiling — with a dining table for the whole group and a wet bar with dual beverage fridges just off the great room.
The main-level master is a retreat of its own — a king Tempur-Pedic with adjustable, massage base, opening to a spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub and an oversized glass rain shower. Five and a half baths throughout mean no one's ever waiting.
Two levels of deck stretch across the back of the cabin toward the mountains, with a covered lower patio for shade and shelter. Below, the sauna, hot tub, grills, and your private pickleball court turn the whole hillside into the getaway.
